3. Maintenance: The customer agrees to take responsibility for the basic maintenance of the device for their own use.
4. Feedback Loop: The customer agrees to provide feedback regarding performance and malfunctions to help improve future iterations of the product.
5. Liability: The device is provided "as-is." The issuer is not liable for any damages resulting from malfunctions during the testing phase.
6. End User Responsibility: The end user bears full and sole responsibility for all actions taken by the device. By operating the device, the end user agrees to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
